Lorenzo Lowery is a native of Washington, DC. He attended public schools in the district and graduated from Woodrow Wilson Senior High School, which is now known as Jackson-Reed.

During his formative years, Lorenzo was a member of the historic Jerusalem Baptist Church in Georgetown, where he accepted Jesus as his Lord and Savior and served in various ministries.

In 2003, Lorenzo began attending the Life Center, and in 2007, he accepted his call to the ministry and was ordained. In his ministerial role, he led the music ministry, facilitated a small group for married men, taught classes, and created and taught a Bible study course called “A Walk Through the Bible.”

In 2025, Lorenzo founded Real Life Fellowship Church where he teaches how the Bible can help us develop a relationship with God and navigate the common challenges we face daily.

Lorenzo is married to his college sweetheart, Juliet, and together they have adult twin daughters.
